Fondos por rendir y cajas chicas con su saldo. Contabilidad y administración ven todos; el resto, los propios.

Crea un fondo por rendir o una caja chica para una persona. Con entregado: false queda por pagar (aparece en /pagos).

Quién: Contabilidad y administración.
